Navigating our Site:

If you know the studio of the movie you are looking for, just click on the respective yellow studio button on the right-hand column of the pages browsed. Some studios have different sub-categories which appear as grey buttons under the listed studios. Click on any of these to access a full listing of titles under those studios.

All are listed with current availability status. This is colour coded for your convenience, with green, being immediately available, yellow being available on back-order, and red being temporarily out of stock.

All DVD cover pictures can be enlarged, or reduced by clicking on them.

The are certain local websites advertising similar services to ours but do not honour their orders once payment has been received or deceive customers by passing off cheap imitations of the original products; sometimes at the same price as the original.

Also bear in mind that it is ILLEGAL to be in possession of counterfeit materials such as these.

Please be aware of the these unscrupulous dealers, as they can be very difficult to track down after payment has been made. Therefore, always ensure that you are dealing with a reputable dealer who minimally has a physical address and traceable telephone numbers. Always demand a copy of their Film and Publications Board certificates. Should you not be able to verify their legitimacy and buy their product, you may be potentially opening yourself up to criminal prosecution for possession of illegal materials.

All DVD's are sold brand new.

All DVD's are tested to make sure that there are no factory defaults (however if there should be any problems with your DVD, we will gladly exchange it).

The Picture Quality is 100% DVD (Should you experience any problems with the quality, we will gladly exchange it, obviously after we have been able to determine that it is not up to standard).

All DVD's come in their original boxes/covers.

All DVD's sold on this site are playable worldwide. (There is no regional coding)

All DVD's have been checked for scratches.

Buying A Movie:

Click the Buy Now button on the movie you would like to purchase, it will then be immediately added to your shopping basket. If you still need to carry on shopping, just click Continue Shopping otherwise, select your desired method of delivery (forgetting to include postage may delay your order) and then click Checkout You must complete all the fields under Shipping Information. It is very important that you enter the correct information as this is where your order will be delivered. After fully completing all the required fields, you must click Proceed To Payment Options which will direct you to a page where you can choose your preferred method of payment.

Paying For An Order:

Immediately after clicking Proceed To Payment Options your order will be immediately sent to us. We then wait for payment confirmation before we can begin order processing. On the 'payment options' page you will have to choose between Credit Card Payment (if you would like to pay by credit card) or Bank Deposit (if you prefer to do a bank transfer or bank deposit). Clicking Credit Card will take you to the secure Digital Age Technologies page where you will be required to enter your credit card details.

Once you've entered your details click process ONCE. Make sure that you enter the correct Email address so that you can receive proof of payment. If your payment is successful we will receive confirmation and then we'll start processing your order. If you choose  to pay via bank transfer or bank deposit you will be required to Email or fax proof of payment. Faxes can be sent to (+27) 021 4243814. Emails can be sent to - sales@outlawdvd.co.za. Alternatively, contact us on - 0861 696 696 to verify payment.

Please note that no orders will be dispatched until verified and payment has been received in full.

If you experience problems with the online credit card facility, please call us on 082 540 4480, so that we can process the transaction manually.

What is a CVV Number:

During the secure processing of your credit card payment, you will be required to provide a CCV number.  A CVV Number is the last three digits on the back of your card. (See example below)

When Is An Order Submitted?

An order is submitted when you click Proceed To Payment Options.  However, the order process will only be complete after payment has been received in full.

Delivery / Delivery Options.

Delivery is guaranteed. Should you not receive your order within 7 working days please email us with your order details. 

Due to inevitable circumstances, some rare occasions may occur where there may be a delay in an order, due to supplier stock shortages. Should this be the case, we will notify you.

All orders are packaged discreetly, and addressed to the buyer without any indication of the contents.

There are two delivery options available for delivery in South Africa:

1. Delivery to Door - This service is carried out on our behalf by Parcel Line Express (011 4444070). This is an overnight service, at a cost of R65 per order.

2. Delivery to PO Box / Post Office Counter - This overnight service is carried out by Speed Services to your PO Box or nearest local post office. A tracking number will be forwarded to you immediately upon dispatch of your order, enabling you to collect it at the designated post office. This service comes at a charge of R45.00 per order. For your convenience, we have implemented a button at the top of our website named 'Track an Order', where you can access the Speed Services electronic tracking facility. Alternatively, you can call Speed Services on 0860 023133.

NB: You only pay one delivery charge per order, not per title.
